¡Bienvenido! I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Hispanic Literatures and Cultures with a Book History and Print Culture specialization in the Department of Italian, Spanish, Portuguese & Latin American Studies at the University of Toronto. My research focuses on Latin America's late avant-garde, experimental cultural production and aesthetic theory. My dissertation, Seventies Aesthetics: A Thematic, Formal, and Theoretical Return of the 1970s in Contemporary Latin American Experimental Literature, aims to research the dialogue between contemporary experimental cultural products and the 1970s.
